Main Duties and Responsibilities

CDAdmin provides administrative and operational support to the Customer Development team, ensuring smooth execution of processes,accuratedata management, and compliance with company policies. This role is critical for enabling the CD team to focus on driving business growth and customer engagement

Administrative Support

  • Manage documentation, filing, and record-keeping for CD activities.

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials for CD leadership.

Data Management & Reporting

  • Maintainaccuratecustomer and channel data in relevant systems (e.g., SAP, CRM).

  • Generate andvalidatesales reports, promotional trackers, and performance dashboards.

Processing Budget & Claims

  • Support in processing trade claims, promotionalspending, and budget tracking.

  • Ensure compliance with financial and audit requirements.

Coordination & Communication

  • Act as a liaison between CD team and other departments (Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing).

  • Coordinatelogisticsfor CD meetings, training sessions, and customer events.

System & Process Support

  • Assistin system updates and troubleshooting for CD tools and platforms.

  • Ensure adherence to Unilever policies and standard operating procedures.

Skills and Qualifications:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.

  • 2–3 years in administrative or support roles, preferably in FMCG or sales environment.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills. 

  • Proficiencyin MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and ERP systems (SAP preferred). 

  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Accountability and responsibility in managing tasks. 

  • Strong communicationand collaboration skills.

  • Continuous improvement mindset.
