HR Executive (12-month contract)

JOB PURPOSE:
People agenda sits in the heart of the organization. To ensure organization effectiveness, activities that support employees’ daily operation are crucial. With that, speed and perfect execution are a MUST. This is to guarantee employees will be provided full support with excellent level of service and strengthen HR operations. The HR Executive will be responsible for supporting the HR department with administrative tasks, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information professionally.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Employee Records Management: Maintain and update personnel files, contracts, and HR databases.
Recruitment Support: Onsite support interview arrangement, coordinating onboarding program and off boarding process to ensure the smooth employee experience.
HR and Payroll Compliance: Ensure company policies align with labor laws and assist in audits when required. Connect to local government, Bank, Social security , all benefit related.
General HR Administration: Prepare reports, process expense claims, and support HR projects as needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role.
Good written and spoken English and local language proficiency.
Knowledgeable in Cambodia Labor Law
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Attention to Detail - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Confident, fast moving, disciplined, reliable and friendly personality
Computer skills, Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet and E-mail
