Our Customer Development team is embarking on an exciting journey, we are looking for a Deputy Account Manager as part of our Modern Trade team.

What can you expect from the role?

  • Become a part of a high-energy team of Modern Trade – Local Modern Trade blending in a highly fast-paced environment.
  • Gain a holistic visibility of the Modern Trade business.
  • Build expertise in execution and operational excellence.  
  • Exposure to large stakeholders, internal and external. 

Focusing on maximizing our business in LMT Channel, this role is to develop and execute category strategy for all BU. Which will be achieved through:

  • Implement localized sales plan and monitor LMT business operations, processes, and people capability to ensure that our targets are achieved in the area.
  • Align on channel plan and developing category of account strategy.
  • Determine root cause of performance problems in category of an account and next steps to address the problems to be inputted on next steps for planning cycle.
  • Proactively develop data insight and analytics to help both internal and external stakeholder.
  • Assess customer strategies and performance in store, competitor trends and behaviors to identify opportunities.
  • Drive 6P Perfect stores
  • Develop and supervise field force of LMT stores.
  • Monitor and evaluate performance to define actionable learnings.
  • Responsible for coordinating and monitoring of promotional execution.
  • Integrate company/channel strategy on category and Customer Marketing Plans.

Does this sound like you?

  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in GT/MT/LMT
  • Holds a Bachelor’s degree.
  • Demonstrate ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. 
  • Agile, proactive, and curious. 
  • Strong in Data and insights analytics
  • Strong commitment and results oriented. 
  • Strong in project management & data acumen
  • Strong influencing. communication and interpersonal skills.
