JOB PURPOSE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise floor activities and ensure compliance with established procedures.
• Coordinate operational staff and assign tasks based on priorities.
• Ensure adherence to safety and hygiene regulations.
• Monitor productivity, quality, and operational timing indicators.
• Report incidents and propose process improvements.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 2 years in logistics operations, warehouses, or distribution centers.
• Technical degree or bachelor’s in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, filters, basic formulas).
• Strong knowledge of receiving, storage, picking, shipping, and returns processes.
• Ability to interpret and report performance metrics.
