We are investing to unlock Ice Cream's full growth potential as a standalone entity, once we part ways with Unilever, which is expected in November 2025.

SCOPE OF WORK:

We are looking for a Field & Customer Manager for Ice Cream and Frozen & Bakery OOH Channel with a strategic vision and a strong growth orientation, to be integrated into our Customer Development team.

The ideal figure has solid experience in managing complex relationships and a natural predisposition towards Agile methodologies, interpreting challenges as levers for innovation and the development of effective solutions.

An analytical mindset, accompanied by an excellent command of the English language, is required to operate effectively in international contexts and actively participate in global working groups.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

The resource will be responsible for:

• Manage and develop commercial relationships with the main partners of the Out-of-Home channel

• Implement innovative commercial solutions to meet customer needs and strengthen the brand's presence in the territory

• Analyze market data and customer performance to identify growth opportunities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high customer satisfaction

• Ensure the correct execution of the commercial strategy defined for each client

• Build targeted promotional plans and coordinate activities with concessionaries.

• Operate proactively in a dynamic, seasonal and constantly evolving context

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:

SKILL:

  • At least 10 years of experience in companies in the FMCG sector, preferably in commercial roles on the territory or in the management of customers.
  • Strong analytical aptitude and structured thinking
  • Proactive energy and orientation towards commercial growth
  • Excellent command of the English language, necessary for interactions in international contexts
  • Strong focus on results and value generation
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proactivity, entrepreneurial spirit and operational autonomy
  • Precision and organizational ability in the management of activities on the territory
  • Problem solving and flexibility in reasoning, even in seasonal and dynamic contexts
  • Dynamism and ability to work in a team

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:   

  • Master's degree in Economics and related disciplines.
  • Good knowledge of the English language. (Min. B2).
  • Good data processing and reading skills and a natural inclination to negotiation.
