Full-time/Part-time

Salary: 62K – 72 K gross per year (excl. bonus) based on experience and background

ARE YOU READY TO SHAPE THE FUTURE OF FOODS EUROPE?

The European Foods Business Unit (BU) is the single largest business unit within the Unilever Foods Business Group (over €2.5 billion in turnover). And within the EU Foods BU, we have 3 verticals: Condiments, Cooking Aids and Mini Meals, all being critical to deliver growth for the BU.

In the Mini Meal team, we are looking for a highly motivated Brand Manager with a strong can-do mentality and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Your role will be diverse, covering all Business Group-led markets within our BU (UKI, Poland, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Italy & France) and you will be working on different iconic brands (Knorr, Pot Noodle, Namdong, Amino).

The Mini Meal Brand Manager is responsible for leading our Block noodle platform and our newly launched brand Namdong, as well as supporting the Marketing Manager with sharpening the Mini Meal strategy.

  • Block noodle category has been the fastest growing category within Mini Meals for the last couple of years. In order to capitalise on that growth, you will be responsible for crafting the innovation funnel for the next 5 years and leading the execution of all projects with your cross-functional team (SC, R&D, Procurement, Quality, Finance, CMI), partnering with your local markets marketing counterparts.

  • You will have the opportunity to lead the development of the new Namdong brand that has just launched in June 2025. This Korean-inspired brand will be instrumental to regain market share in Europe. You will be expected to define and lead the execution of the innovation roadmap for Namdong, as well as leading the social first approach to grow the brand awareness.

  • The Mini Meal Brand Manager will also be managing and developing one Assistant Brand Manager that will support on the project execution, fostering a high-performance culture and supporting their growth through clear objectives, feedback, and development plans.

  • You will be supporting the Mini Meal Marketing Manager in crafting the overall short / mid / long-term strategy for total Mini Meals in collaboration with the Mini Meal Customer Strategy Planning team.
