Join us as D&A Director - Customer Business Partner & Business Analytics Lead
JOB PURPOSE
The customer business partner & business analytics lead combines data and analytics expertise with business acumen to partner with Sales & CSPs teams to deliver and activate insights into business outcomes, drive adoption of customer tooling into value and raising the bar on value of GDT for commercial outcomes. Strong partnership with BW & PC Leaders (GMs, CSPs and Sales).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Customer business partner lead:
- Working in close partnership with commercial leaders, often as part of the leadership team, acting as first point of contact for GDT
- Accountable for the digitisation of BU CD, leading the E2E GDT plan for customer development in the business unit on behalf of the BU CDIO
- Suggests opportunities for leverage of AI and Automation to drive productivity, growth or operational effectiveness
- Insights into Outcomes:
- Based on insights, propose and track action plan for outcomes on BPC for both Brazil and Mexico
- Influencing outcomes including execution, growth strategy, assortment, pricing and innovation, during category LT, business review and S&OP
- Forward looking & advanced analytics to deliver optimal Promo, NRM and execution strategy across customers and channels through JBP
- Drive Experimental Data Products through MVPs that can be escalated
- One Data Lead:
- Be the leader of Brazilian Data Community (DataHub) across Bus and GDT Tiers
- Guarantee the Quality of Local Data and Products and stimulate the sharing of Best Practices between the different Bus and Areas
- Drive talent development through events, trainings and the School of Data, besides look at Carrer Path cross-BU
- CD Deployment & Embedment:
- Leads BU CD business sign-off, resolving risks and issues with products on behalf of the business unit
- Driving Process embedment by bringing deep functional understanding of both commercial processes and GDT data, tech and solutions
- Custodian of data definitions used in the analytics suite (KPIs, calculations…) to ensure consistency across insight and performance management
- Driving adoption and change management:
- Work in partnership to drive change management, adoption and training programmes with commercial teams
- Lead for reduced complexity and simplification of the tooling landscape, as well as value generation from existing capabilities
- Identifying opportunities to better leverage tools and data to drive better and more automated insight, reducing reliance on manual processes

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bacheloor’s Degreed Completed;
- Business acumen – Customer development, Finance, Marketing
- Data analytics – including products, data foundations
- Insights & story telling
- Planning & programme oversight
- Strong leadership, influencing and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills
