UI Digital Capabilities Team is responsible for orchestration, design and execution of digital solutions. We are looking for talent to join our team. He/she will be responsible for the entire design thinking process to deliver fit-for-purpose solutions and applications. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Engage with stakeholders to discover and define a business problem statement

• Analyze the root causes of the stated problem with supporting models and diagrams

• Define the solution requirements: data, perfect process, user interface and user experience

• Document and track requirements in a structured manner

• Communicate requirements and proposed design and process clearly to business stakeholders, developers and technical leads

• Perform testing of the solution against agreed requirements

• Support with change management and training initiatives to land the solution and collect feedback

The roles of duties are not exhaustive and may change according to business requirements.

Business Knowledge

• Familiar with fundamental business processes: Order to Cash / procure to cash, Sales Pipeline, Record to Report

• Fundamental Knowledge of Profit & Loss

• Able to convey ideas effectively to engage stakeholders, deliver the message and influence on the decision-making
  

Interaction Skills

Software

• Familiar or some experience with: Microsoft Suite (Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, Word)

• Proficiency in Salesforce and Power BI is essential.
