2025 marked a major turnaround for thebrand across all matrix- USG, share, UBS.TheLUX team has given the brand a new light bycreating the newbrandverse, new brand visual identity, driving social-first transformation, anddeveloping and executing a robustinnovation plan under premiumizationstrategy. As a result, the brand is growing across all top 10 markets and is havinga very strongmomentum todeliver more growth in 2026 and beyond
In ordertocement the brand’s turnaround&thenew brand identity, and accelerate our pace of social first demand generation, we are looking for a Senior Global Brand Manager based in Singapore. This is a Global brand role where you willLead the global LUX Masterbrand strategy, ensuring consistent brand identity,ever-greenactivation, and cultural relevance across all markets. Drivesocial-first transformation, communication excellence, engagement platformsand lead the social content studioto strengthen LUX’s position as amodern, up-to-date,premium beauty brand.You’llbe reporting to theLUX global brand lead and have one ABMreporting to you based out of Singapore
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
LeadLUXbrand strategic plan(BSP). Support GBL to craft the right strategic framework for the brandacross 6Ps
Lead theever-evolvingbrandverseand brand visual identitydevelopment together with the lead creative agency
Owner of various brand guidelines (e.g.digital assets, POSM, casting, wardrobe).Ensure consistency of visual identity and tone across all touchpoints.
Collaborate with agency partners to craftwinningcommunication with best-in-class digital & content(social first)strategies,forLUXto win inthe mustconquer platforms(e.g.IGTiktok)to reach and engage consumers.
Be the change champion for SFDG transformation, and owner of brand social strategy
Lead the content planning for global lighthouse social handles. Establish and lead thesocial content studio team
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED
REQUIRED
Previousexperience inmasterbrandandbrand communication related roles is essential, ideally within Unilever
Proventrack recordin crafting communications & brand engagement as well aspreviousexperience in beauty is preferrable.
Proven experience in working with a diversity of markets, with appreciationforlocal culture, ability tospot& leverage on market,social and cultural changes.
Demonstrable skills and/or inclination in the following areas:
Consumerlove –abilitytoimmersein the lives of our consumers and shoppers, understanding their pain points,needsand desires,what delights themso as tocraft most relevant innovations and coms.
Analytical Power:abilityto transform data and consumer insights into brand growth opportunities &excellent atusing data to make informed decisions and recommendations.
Ability to juggle complexity and at the same time ability toprioritiseruthlessly.
Entrepreneurial mindset andbias for action–independent, self-starter whocan work independently.Solid agility/adaptabilityto respondto changingmarket dynamics.
Stronginterpersonal &Influencing skills:build effective relationships with partnersin different countries.
Teamleadership– driving psychological safety,creating anenvironment where everybody can express their ideasand different views are respected.Be a talent magnet and a leader who develops strong well-knit teamsand cultivates ahigh performanceculture for the small SG based team.
Communication/leadership skills –leading&galvanizingexternal partners.

DESIRABLE:
10+ years of experience in Global& localmarketing roles
Experience in Beauty and Personal Care
Experience in digital marketing
