The incumbent will lead end-to-end management of business initiatives in Singapore for ecommerce customers mainly covering Shopee, FairPrice Online & Social commerce. The incumbent will be responsible for achievement of the topline & bottom-line growth of the customers.

KEY RESPONSBILITIES:

  • Sustainable Customer Growth

    • Responsible for top-line growth for the key customers by developing and implementing the levers of portfolio, route-to-market, efficient fulfilment, financial hygiene and positive customer experience

    • Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills to build long-lasting strategic relationships with the customer

    • Manages promo investment with the customer ensuring all finance accruals are completed in a timely manner

    • Provide clear objectives and deliverables for partners and delivers the agreed plan against targets

    • Provides timely feedback on the plan to ensure adjustments can be made to implement the optimal plan

    • To lead joint business planning with enabler and key customers  

  • Execution Rigor

    • Build processes to drive efficiency in execution in terms of on-shelf availability, pricing strategies, media assets and understanding the customer shopping journey

    • Manage promotion & media investments (on- and off-retail platforms)

    • Ensuring speed to market for new product launches to land fast and with impact

    • Tracking of PO status to ensure timely and prompt fulfilment & to achieve enabler’s service level requirements

    • Tracking of trade spending and evaluation of efficiency of promotional investments

  • Working with collaborative teams

    • Negotiate both strategically and tactically in an agile, fast-paced channel with external & internal stakeholders to deliver on agreed business results

    • Lead on the execution of the end-to-end internal administrative processes

  • Unlocking Capabilities

    • Demonstrate the drive to build capabilities to solve business problems and curiosity to test and learn

    • Share learnings with Regional eCommunity and internal stakeholders

***The roles of duties are not exhaustive and may change according to business requirements.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

  • 1 – 2 years’ experience across eCommerce, brand/trade marketing experience with understanding of digital marketing category knowledge in FMCG industry.

  • Business experience with social commerce will be a plus point.

  • Ability to seize the big picture and to deep dive into details when necessary

  • Deep consumer empathy and inquisitiveness to find solutions beyond the obvious

  • Ability to challenge the status quo and ask the question why not

  • Basic financial statement understanding will be a plus point.  (P&L statement, management of trade funds)
