Over the past 5 years Unilever has acquired 7 brands that embody the Wellbeing purpose of health as a lifestyle pursuit. This portfolio of millennial, digital first, narrowcasting brands includes Equilibra, Olly, Smarty Pants Vitamins, Liquid IV, Welly, Onnit, and Nutrafol.
In addition to growing these brands in the US, the Wellbeing collective is looking to expand the brands into global markets. Our objective is to expand our largest brands Liquid IV, Nutrafol, and Olly. Today we have launched and are present in more than 7 markets, with plans for further expansion.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
In this role you will be responsible for the financial performance and management of WBC in the Asia Pacific Region. This includes in year performance management against financial targets and budgets, holding the pen on in-market business cases (innovations, customer launches, eCommerce models, supply chain projects, etc), and serving as a cross-functional finance business partner to regional and in-market teams. Geographic scope includes the priority markets of Australia (Liquid I.V.), the new 2025 launch market of India (Liquid I.V.), and 2026 ambitions for Liquid I.V. launch in South Korea WBC APAC is currently a €7m business and this role will drive toward additional expansion of both brands and Southeast Asia regions. As a burgeoning and recently established part of the WBC, this role will touch a myriad of business development opportunities, build resiliency through localizing supply chains, and codevelop strategy and plans for potential new market launches.
This role will report into the International Expansion Finance lead with the primary responsibility of providing firsthand insight on market developments, financial performance, and ongoing status. You will be the key business partner to the respective commercial heads in the markets, whilst partnering dedicated Wellbeing Collective cross functional teams of marketing, customer development, supply chain, research and development, regulatory affairs, quality assurance, and eCommerce.
Further, you will work with a supporting network of shared B&W/FET finance teams in-market to ensure smooth operation of financial systems and management reporting within the broader Unilever reporting infrastructure. The position will dock into the broader WBC Central Finance community as part of having one aligned team as well as providing the opportunity to keep close to the total business. Given the dynamics of the region, the ideal candidate should be comfortable serving as a generalist, but who has specialized skills or experience within supply chain finance and cash flow optimization. The role is multi-dimensional, requiring the ability to manage stakeholders with different seniorities as well as cross-functional and cross-company, while balancing strategic thinking with a tight operational agenda. The chosen candidate for this role will have an outsized growth mindset, confidence to identify risks and support others with decision making, and grounded in strong finance discipline of budgetary
controls and financial planning & analysis.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
End to End performance management of APAC markets along with the International Expansion Finance lead
Accountable for the delivery of the planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities in-market as part of ongoing reporting cycles as well as reviewing & communicating performance results to key stakeholders
Drafting cross functional business cases including but not limited to innovations, customer launches, eCommerce models, supply chain initiatives, and potential new market/brand launches
Assist the APAC supply chain team to improve cash flow for operations, increase resilience, and invest responsibly in regional developments and launches.

Professional Qualifications
We're seeking a proactive and adaptable individual with 3-5 years of relevant finance experience who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment. The ideal candidate will have:
A strong foundation in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) and budgetary controls.
Proven ability to business partner effectively with various stakeholders, demonstrating strong communication and engagement skills.
Analytical thinking with a keen eye for detail, balanced with the ability to understand the bigger picture.
A proactive, highly organized, and self-driven approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
Curiosity and a willingness to learn and adapt to new markets and operating models.
A growth mindset and the confidence to take initiative and contribute to decision making.
