WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

- Operational support for UFS Bulgaria Marketing Manager and Portfolio SEE.

- Digital support:

• Marketo newsletter generation – content creation and technical implementation through the Adobe platform
• Social media maintenance – FB & IG posts and stories generation
• UFS.COM content updates – product updates, articles, campaign communication, recipe uploads
• SEO

- Operational support:

• Translation of AW for new product launches
• Preparation of communication materials such as selling stories, Key visuals, catalogues, promo brochures
• Agency briefing and campaign execution
• Events coordination and assistance
• Sales presentations, market analyses, Power BI reporting
• Coordination of new products testing  along chefs and sales team
• Internal orders handling and samples distribution
• Coordinate re-pack stickers, product’s code changing and master data files

- SEE Portfolio support:

• Operational Portfolio Marketing activities, such as managing Unilever Food Solutions SEE and BG portfolio, monitoring, tracking portfolio changes
• In line with portfolio changes support the AW and code creation process with strong cooperation with LD and SC
• Organizing and consolidating & reporting the results of FS local product tests in co-operation with Chefs in the regions (incl. sampling co-ordination, setting-up testing, reporting results)
• Developing and adapting communication materials: Master text translations, AW creation in system, Media and channel materials adaptations, PR translations (supervision and management).
