WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

• Develop and maintain trust-based relationships with key clients
• Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance results
• Demonstrate proven expertise in key account management
• Exhibit strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams
• Monitor expenditure vs. budget nd ensure financial targets are achieved
• Drive revenue growth by expanding client partnerships and identifying new opportunities
• Prepare regular reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts
• Monitor competitors’ activities and conduct regular market visits

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

Experiences & Qualifications

• Previous experience as KAM with FMSG goods (min 2years)
• English language
• Competency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
• Clear driving licence
