JOB PURPOSE

We are seeking a driven Sales Representative for Mälardalen responsible for customers in the Västerås, Eskilstuna and Örebro area. In this role, you will be the face of Unilever in the region, developing and managing business relationships that strengthen our brands and drive growth. You will regularly visit customers, build trust-based collaborations, and ensure our products are visible and well-positioned in stores.You will work with leading global brands in Foods, Home & Personal Care, and Beauty - including Via, Comfort, Dove, Rexona, Hellmann’s, Knorr, and TRESemmé.

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

  • Secure and expand product distribution in stores
  • Ensure optimal shelf placement and in-store visibility
  • Actively promote and sell campaigns that increase sales and brand awareness
  • Follow a structured route plan to meet customers efficiently
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with buyers and store managers
  • Participate in company sales conferences to share insights and contribute to team success

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

Experiences & Qualifications

  • Ideally based in or near Västerås, Eskilstuna, or Örebro to cover the sales district effectively
  • Experienced sales professional at least 3-5 years, preferably within the grocery or retail sector
  • Passionate about sales and motivated by building profitable customer relationships
  • Goal-oriented, confident, and able to exceed ambitious targets
  • You combine drive and professionalism with the ability to create trust and long-term partnerships.
  • Fluent in both Swedish and English, spoken and written
  • Holds a valid B driving license
  • Experienced in working with digital tools CRM and Power BI
