JOB PURPOSE

The Channel Development Manager Top FSR role will develop and manage top restaurants in GMA area. Take charge in offering best solutions to their needs with the help of our brands. If you are highly interested and energized in this work ambition and dynamics, then this role is just for you!

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

  • Deliver Business Targets of the assigned accounts

  • Implement contact and menu matrix across all accounts handled

  • Deliver GTM targets to ensure over-all efficiency

  • Develop area strategy as aligned with UFS business priorities

  • Execute Local and National Marketing Plans (Innovation, Activations and Campaigns

  • Collaborate with support functions to provide operators with services and solutions (ideation, masterclass, cooking demo, trend sharing and others)

  • Ensure activities are implemented on time and in full.

EXPERIENCES, SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • With Account Management/ sales experience in the food service industry

  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills

  • Must possess concise verbal and written communication skills (English and Filipino)

  • Must possess basic Project Management and Business Acumen skills

  • Must possess analytical thinking and passion for results

  • Must be ready to face challenges and be objective in making business recommendations and decisions
