Key Accountabilities/Deliverables:
Lead FDA product registration for all Home Care products.
Support the packaging development workstream for the implementation of local innovation, renovation and promotional projects for Home Care.
Support the Home Care packaging sustainability agenda for the Philippines.
Support the gross margin improvement agenda through packaging optimization projects.
Collaborate with the cross functional team (Marketing, Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement, Quality) on landing projects on time and in full.
Work with Global and Cluster packaging teams on landing new packaging technologies.
Qualifications
Education and Relevant Experience: A degree in Science or Engineering or any relevant field,academic distinction is an advantage. At least2-5years experience in R&D or similar fields.
Key Skills: Project Planning and Management, Strong organization skills, Excellent communication, presentation and problem solving skills, Proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Powerpoint, Word).
