Main Job Purpose
The main objective of the role is to lead the supply planning for DeosSoft Solids, delivering a high level of customer service, while balancing inventory and optimising costs across the end-to-end supply chain network.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a rolling supply plan for Deos RO and RDL to meet demand forecasts and inventory targets.
Monitor and manage inventory levels across the network, balancing service, cost, and working capital.
Monitor supply constraints and proactively communicate risks and mitigation plans to stakeholders.
Responsible for the rough cutcapacity plan and ensure that adequate investments are done to secure the required customer service level. This is in accordance to RCDSR.
Optimize the production plan by implementation of the production run strategy to ensure high level of customer service.
Key Requirements
1-2 Years in Supply Chain operations, Customer Service, Planning experience and exposure to Purchase to payment cycle
Experience in FMCG Supply Chain is an advantage (Planning, Customer Service, Logistics)
Experience on SAP ERP, APO, (Familiarity on Kinaxis is an advantage)
Proficient in Excel
Commercial acumen and cross functional business process knowledge
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Bias for action and strong follow up skills
