Job Title : Assistant Manager Planning Technology & Inventory Excellence

Job Descriptions:
Will be the superuser for key supply planning system, including Kinaxis Planning Tool, act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Unilever Indonesia Supply Planning Team, and be the primary point of contact for any system integration involving Supply Planning Tools
Responsible for FG inventory planning, including IPM (Inventory Planning Model) review and refreshment, and collaborating with L2 on regular tracking and reporting activities
Accountable on the technology implementation and continuous improvement within the supply planning domain, ensuring alignment with business needs and system capabilities
Collaborates closely with supply planner to drive inventory monitoring and optimization, identify improvement opportunities and support execution
Key Responsibilities:
Technology:
1) System utilization and onboarding :
Ensure all planning systems are fully onboarded and adopted as Business-As-Usual (BAU).
Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for initial setup (e.g., steps to onboard a new SKU in Kinaxis).
Troubleshooting issues related to the system
2) System governance and hygiene :
Implement system hygiene control mechanisms to ensure data integrity and process compliance
Cascade refreshment and updates to planners on new or enhanced system functionalities and ways of working
Inventory:
1) Continuous Improvement & Innovation
Drive annual Kaizen initiatives to identify and implement system improvements
Conduct IPM reviews twice a year to ensure alignment with business needs
2) Inventory Monitoring & Collaboration
Monitor excess stock weekly, ensuring timely action and escalation
Collaborate with supply planners to track inventory performance and identify improvement opportunities
Skills & Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of supply planning processes and systems (Kinaxis experience preferred)
Expertise inventory planning and optimization (preferred)
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues
Strong collaboration and communication skills
Continuous improvement mindset with experience in Kaizen or similar methodologies
