Main Responsibilities
Partners CDLeadership Team as part of Promo Governance team and make sure delivery of price harmonization and promo management across key channel, include analysis and process management
Lead improvement to make sure more effective and efficient Promo and Price governance process
Responsible for One Budget Management process and its improvement
Be champion for analytics and process excellence working closely with relevant team
Candidate Criteria
Experience & Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field.
2-3 years Finance experience with focus on partnering through analysis.
Skill
Enjoys solving issues and possesses an inquisitive mind, constantly looking out for better ways of working
Works well under pressure, organized, meticulous, motivated and as well as team-player
Able to handle different tasks/projects and stakeholders simultaneously
Basic understanding of Unilever P&L
Leadership
