Main Responsibilities
KEY DELIVERABLES
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic B&W - KAM Social Commerce (Tiktok) to lead and grow our digital commerce partnerships with Tiktok. This role is critical in driving revenue,optimizingonline presence, and building long-term relationships with key digital retail partnersby:
- Own and grow the relationship with key digital commerce platform (Tiktok)
- Develop and execute joint business plans to drive sales, visibility, and market share
- Analyzeperformance data and consumer insights tooptimizecampaigns and promotions
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, finance, and trade teams to ensure seamless execution
- Negotiate commercial terms and promotional support with partners
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends toidentifygrowth opportunities
- Drive innovation in digital shelf execution, content, and customer experience
Candidate Criteria
Experience &Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business,Sales, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in key account management
- Strong understanding of digital commerce platforms and online shopperbehavior
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
- Proactive, data-driven, and results-oriented mindset
Skill
- Customer/channel strategist : understand customer/channel to sharply develop customer/channel strategy.
- Collaboration and relationship : effectively collaborate with internal departments and build strong relationship with external parties for the best result
- Passion for growth : always think to drive business forward
- Customer service : effectively own the contact with customers and able to serve customer’s need align with business strategy
- Business sense : truly understand the way to effectively operate a good business and able to make the best decision for the business
