Role Overview
The PC Dcommerce DAM will drive end-to-end business performance on TikTok Shop and Lazada, owning revenue delivery, platform partnership, media investment, and day-to-day store operations. This role requires a highly analytical and agile talent who can translate insights into execution, maximize GMV, and grow category share through content excellence and optimized commerce mechanics.
1. Business & Commercial Management
- Own GMV, revenue, and profitability targets for TikTok Shop & Lazada stores.
- Build and execute monthly/quarterly Joint Business Plans (JBP) with platforms.
- Lead assortment, pricing, and promo planning to maximize conversion and traffic.
- Manage forecast accuracy and stock availability across all fulfilment models.
2. Platform & Store Operations
- Oversee end-to-end operations including store health, listing quality, ratings, reviews, availability, fulfilment SLAs, and penalty avoidance.
- Optimize PDP content, keywords, SEO, and platform search ranking.
- Coordinate with supply, enabler, media, and category teams to ensure flawless execution during Mega Campaigns (e.g., 11.11, 12.12).
3. Social Commerce & Content Performance
- Monitor all social commerce activities including:
- Livestreams (KOL, Agency)
- Affiliate performance (CPS, conversion, GMV contribution)
- Short-video commerce (video posting, traffic, watch-through rate, CTR, CR)
- Assist & Advise Social Team to grow affiliate network and ensure best-deal strategies for KOL/MCN enablement.
4. Data, Analytics & Insights
- Track daily performance using platform dashboards and internal systems.
- Analyze traffic, conversion, average order value (AOV), repeat rate, media ROAS, and shopper behavior.
- Advise key growth opportunities grounded in competitor monitoring and category insights.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Media, Enabler, Supply Chain, Finance, and Brand
- Align marketing investments with platform needs: CPAS, GMV Max, in-app ads, affiliate boosting, and LIVE boosting.
- Drive operational discipline, cost consistency, and efficient use of Media packages.
6. Relationship Management
- Act as primary business owner for TikTok & Lazada.
- Negotiate visibility packages, media buys, co-funding, and Mega Campaign deals.
- Maintain strong day-to-day communication with platform PICs, Enabler, MCNs, and affiliates.
