Main Purpose of the Job:

We are looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Assistant DT (Direct Trade) Transformation Manager. You will be responsible for driving the DT transformation agenda across various DT channels, managing operational overheads, and optimizing trade spend  to ensure sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the CD (Customer Development) Excellence team to craft and implement strategic designs for DT channels, specifically focusing on GT (General Trade) and LMT (Local Modern Trade).
• Monitor overall DT performance across all sub-channels.
• Track and analyze both input and output KPIs to ensure transformation goals are met.
• Drive cost-saving initiatives within CD Overhead and monitor progress on a monthly basis.
• Partner with the CD IT team regarding operational budgeting and expenditure tracking.
• Ensure disciplined spending monitoring to maintain financial health.
• Ensure TTS DT OT (trade term spent for distributive trade) spending aligns strictly with company guidance.
• Manage monthly forecasting and evaluate investment placement to ensure the "right activity" for every spend.
• Execute the TTS DT OT closing process and identify potential saving opportunities.
• Strategic reinvestment of savings to generate further business growth.

Qualifications:  

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or any related Business course
• 2 - 3 yrs experience in finance, end-to-end profit analysis
• Proficient in Excel
• Detail-oriented
• Strong analytical and comprehension skills
