Foods ID Commercial Operations & Planning Manager, responsible for JAVA Region GT & LMT and RTM & HSM Channel
Main Responsibilities
Lead execution of channel and category plans to deliver commercial targets (USG, UPG, GM) across GT, MT, RTM, and HSM.
Make strategic trade-off decisions to optimize performance across channels.
Develop and manage promotional strategies and TTS allocation across customer teams.
Monitor and evaluate promotion effectiveness across all channels, identifying opportunities for improvement.
Drive performance management of customer teams, ensuring delivery of monthly and half-year targets.
Represent customer and channel perspectives in the S&OP process.
Collaborate with Category Leads to ensure end-to-end alignment between category strategy and channel execution.
Candidate Criteria
Experience & Qualification
Minimum 3 years of experience in FMCG sales, including AASM/key account/CSP roles.
Proven experience managing GT and RTM operations
Solid understanding of category strategy and commercial levers.
Financial acumen, including P&L understanding and budget management.
Skills:
Strong leadership and negotiation capabilities.
Excellent communication across all organizational levels.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for data analysis.
Proactive mindset with a can-do attitude and eagerness to learn.
Effective presentation and conflict management skills.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and act on data insights.
Solid understanding of category strategy and commercial levers.
Financial acumen, including P&L understanding and budget management.
