Job Purpose

Main Responsibilities

  • Responsible to help driving the big agenda of the brand in the market by leading multiple agencies, understand the business dynamics, driving innovations and activations to be competitive in the market.

  • Drive brand performancethrough consistent demand generation activities

  • Delivering OTIF of innovation launch (includes product, launch campaign & Visibilities)

  • Stakeholder management and collaborate with cross function includes External agencies and internal stakeholder

  • Monitoring brand budget

Candidate Criteria

Experience & Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Engineeringor related field 

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in brand management or marketing. 

  • Strong curiosity to understand of consumer behaviour, market trends, and competitor analysis. 

  • Strong confident to managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. 

  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, including the ability to inspire and motivate team members. 

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. 

Skill

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate brand vision and strategy effectively. 

  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and interpretation to make informed business decisions. 

  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for innovation and driving change. 

  • Proficiency in marketing tools and software, including but not limited to, CRM systems, market research tools, and project management software.
