Job Purpose

We are looking for an Execution Planner for our Foods Factory in Tatura, who will be in charge of line scheduling and call-off, based out of medium-term plans generated through Material Planners and operate in a high-pace environment and invest energies in collaboration and ensuring uninterrupted supply for sourcing units.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Concurrent planning & X-functional collaboration capabilities to execute short-term plans.

  • Drive changes to Call-Off plans in the short term to support late change scenarios as agreed by the grow organization.

  • Collaboration with supplier and procurement for day-to-day troubleshooting (mismatches, delays, shortages).

  • Daily planning coupled with shorter planning fence and robust planning strategies aimed to increase agility and responsiveness in the network.

  • High on collaboration with suppliers through rigorous and uninterrupted communication and strong influencing on delivering the best outcomes for the business.

  • Follow up of Innovation transitions and SLOB management activities in shop floor.

  • Be an effective channel in providing the feedback from suppliers against plans that are not executable in the short term.

  • Effectively engage relevant stakeholders through crisis and function as an issue solving leader.

  • Function as interface to manufacturing units and thrive through exception management.

  • Rely on Execute pillar of Integrated Operations for Rule-based planning.

  • Demonstrate the ability to trust and implement material supply requirements developed by Material Planners using algorithms and machine learning.

  • Line scheduling and Call-Off role are based out of plants.

  • Prepare and maintain data for line scheduling.

  • Collaboration with plant, Material & MPS Planner, and Business Unit Supply Chain on Innovations, Plan updates and changes requests.

  • Generate and update line schedule on daily basis.

  • Incorporate adjustments through collaborations – VIP projects, Innovations, Breakdowns, (Un)Planned Maintenance.

  • Management of HALB stocks – Volume of product left from change overs, reworks.

  • Call-Off - Planning the delivery of materials.

  • Monitor delivery logistics and lead mitigation routes when there is risk of rupture.

  • Critical minimum requirement to combine these roles is to create capacity:

  • Supplier collaboration portal to minimize interactions with suppliers.

  • Planning and optimization platform for Line scheduling (first run, detailed sequencing).

Key Skills

  • Experience with analytic tools such as PowerBi

  • Previous SAP experience advantageous

  • Intermediate MS Excel proficiency

  • Strong focus on detail

  • Strong communication skills

  • Proven ability to work within a team

  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills

  • Strong Microsoft Office

What you will need to succeed?

Experience & Qualifications

  • University Degree, Supply Chain (APICS etc.) qualification is an advantage.

  • Essential Skills

    • Strong experience in Supply Chain

    • Ability to work with Digital Supply Chain Tools

    • Adapt emerging technologies.

    • Experience in Fast Moving Consumer Goods industry

    • Experience with ERP and finished good planning systems

  • Preferred Skills

    • Use of SAP APO, BW, ECC
