ABOUT NUTRITION & ICE CREAM PACKAGING CAPABILITY

The “Nutrition & Ice Cream Packaging Capability” organization is responsible for defining and driving best practices in digital, technology, materials, process, tools, and techniques across Nutrition & Ice Cream Business Groups. The “N&I Digital Packaging Lead”is a member of the N&I Packaging Capability Team.

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE?

• Lead & Develop 'Strategic Roadmaps" for Unilever Nutrition & Ice Cream Business Groups.

• Deliver the vision, thought leadership and Execution Strategy.

• End 2 End responsible for execution of all Projects, budget, team delivery related to Global Digital Transformation of Packaging.

• Lead & champion the 'Change Management' & 'Mindset Change' agendas for Digital transformation.

• Provide Strategic Leadership for Foods & Ice Cream Business Groups' Skills Development program.

• Lead strategic framework development & roll out of next generation "Ways of Working".

• Work with legal and patents, execute the appropriate intellectual property agreements.

• Maintain a positive team relationship with internal & external stake holders.

• Collaborate & establish 'Strategic Partnerships' with External Eco-System Partners and Suppliers.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED?

EXPERIENCES AND QUALIFICATIONS WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Degree in Data Modelling, Computer Aided Simulations, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Packaging Engineering, or related discipline.

• Relevant experience within the packaging or supply chain would be advantageous.

• Job Experience:  6 ~ 8 years in Leading a Team for Digital Data Modelling / FEA Simulations (preferably FMCG Industry).

SKILLS

• Basic understanding of data based modelling, finite element analysis, computational fluid dynamics and manufacturing simulation packages. That means you can take results of a simulations and provide a good recommendation, taking into account the assumptions made.

• MS Office & PowerBI.

• Flexibility in work style to be able to manage the team & internal / external stake holders.

• Fully operational Level English (person must be able to write emails and reports in English which can be understood by colleagues and can sufficiently communicate at English-speaking business meetings).
