Mitigation Coordinator / Supply Planner Ice cream

Within Unilever Supply Chain, Customer Operations is a go to market function which involves managing and optimizing the processes and activities that directly impact customer interactions and satisfaction. Establishing the connection with Trade marketing for resolution of cross-functional short term supply related issues & the local BU business waste agenda. Align stock allocation policies with the business and operates AATP. Prepare and analyses Business Waste Report and triggers action of disposal or offering to Customers & Traders by sales.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Aligns stock allocation policies with trade marketing to ensure reservations & prioritizations are automatically processed
• Performs business rule changes in the day to day running of AATP and steers stock allocation specialist with business direction
• Feedback to market collaboration planner & BU Planning Manager on (major) risks & opportunities
• Coordination of (smaller) crisis – Product availability, Quality issues, microbiological issues, etc
• Coordination transport tracking with Deployment team (ultra) with closely cooperation with Market Supply Planner and BU Planning Manager to mitigate risks
• Identifies, quantifies and triggers short term OOS/stock risks and elevates to Market Supply Planner – Market Supply Planners works on resolution
• Prepare and analyzes Business Waste Report and triggers action of offering to Customers & Traders by sales
• Prepare and analyzes write off stock list and align the write off value stock with Financial Partner and BU Planning Manager
• Drive periodically & per demand Business Rules setting in AATP including Customer prioritization list in AATP by defining it together with trade marketing & sales
• Owns service risk identification and mitigation with trade marketing / sales. Supply constraint resolution predominantly driven by Market Supply Planner & BU Planning Manager
• Reason coding of service losses & lack of stock availability
• Monitor & action waste prevention of Finished Goods
• Daily using of SAP/APO & Kinaxis Rapid Response to mitigate risks base on facts in the system networks
• Representative in S&OP meetings in service and obsoletes areas
• Master data maintenance

Experiences & Qualifications

• Experience in supply chain, preferably within supply planning
• Strong analytical skills
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Good problem-solving and negotiations skills
• Adaptive & flexible, to work in a fast-paced environment
• SAP/SAP APO and Kinasix Rapid Response will be a advantage
• Polish native and English language is a must
