Trade Marketing Manager Home Care & Personal Care Baltics​ will be responsible for trade strategy implementation per customer based on category goals and working with market leading brands such as Dove, Rexona, Domestos, Hellmann’s and others.

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

  • Manage and implement trade activity plan in close cooperation with sales team according to the marketing strategies;
  • Be responsible for trade marketing & trade budget control;
  • Evaluate project results and activity effectiveness in order to seek improvements and opportunities;
  • Manage product placements planograms;
  • Cooperate with multiple creative and production agencies.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

Experiences & Qualifications

  • 3 years experience in an FMCG company (preferred)
  • Experience in sales and/or marketing areas (preferred)

  • Fluency in English and any Baltic’s language (verbal and written)

  • Ability to manage multiple projects

  • Proficient use of PowerPoint and Excel
