JOB PURPOSE:

As Exports Assistant, you will be responsible for overseeing and supporting operations in exports business across specific markets of Albania, Kosovo, North Macedonia, Bulgaria.
Key Responsibilities:
The role involves managing orders, coordinating shipments, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations, and supporting sales activities.
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and deliver high quality results.
- Export process management: Coordinating shipments, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and supporting sales activities.
- Order Management: Oversee exports orders, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
- Documentation & Compliance: Prepare and review shipping and export documents (invoices, packing lists, certificates, etc.), ensuring adherence to international regulations.
- Logistics Coordination: Arrange and track shipments, liaising with freight forwarders, couriers, and customs brokers.
- Inventory & Forecasting: Collaborate with the supply chain team to enhance forecast accuracy and optimize delivery schedules.
- Distributors’ Support: Serve as the primary contact point for customers in assigned countries, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Distributors’ Performance tracking: Analyze regular and ad hoc reports to monitor the performance of each country and providing insights and recommendations to the CBD Leader.
What you need to succeed
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Marketing, or Mathematics.
- Master's degree, Economics, or an MBA is a plus.
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Excel).
- Business & Financial Acumen.
- Legal Compliance.
- Over 3 years of experience in SC, Customer Operation, Finance, CD or Sales team
- Experience in Sales is considered an asset.
- Fluency in English and Greek.
