JOB PURPOSE

This role exists to provide dynamic and agile support to senior leadership, combining approximately 70% project management responsibilities with 30% executive assistant support. This position requires a highly organized and agile professional who can navigate a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and shift seamlessly between strategic coordination and high-level administrative tasks. The job holder will contribute to key business decisions, with direct exposure to strategic projects and senior leadership. Success in this role depends on strong attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to drive initiatives while supporting senior leadership. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


Project Management (70%):

  • Drive end-to-end delivery of cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and defined outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, monitor progress, and provide regular updates to key stakeholders.
  • Facilitate effective project meetings, track action items, and ensure follow-through across teams.
  • Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity.
  • Support resource planning and optimize workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and dashboards to ensure transparency and informed decision-making.

Executive Support (30%):

  • Prepare reports and communications with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism.
  • Manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity.
  • Deliver high-quality administrative support to senior leaders, including complex calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting logistics.
  • Coordinate the planning and execution of key events, such as board meetings, leadership offsites, and internal engagements.
  • Serve as a key point of contact between senior leadership and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and alignment.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in project management, executive support, or a related function within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently while fostering collaboration across cross-functional teams.
  • Fluency in Greek and English (written and verbal).

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Professional certification in project management (e.g., PMP, CAPM) is considered as an asset.
