Job purpose:
This role is pivotal in shaping financial governance and driving strategic cost optimization across FCCR, Intercompany, and Master Data operations. The position demands a forward-thinking finance leader who can deliver value creation through robust process transformation and insightful business analytics, while ensuring compliance and risk mitigation.
Key responsibilities include partnering with senior stakeholders across GDT/GBS, Finance, Tax, and Country Teams to design and implement best-in-class allocation models. With the recent separation of the Ice Cream business, the role will lead substantial process redesign efforts to ensure accurate reflection of separation impacts in country charge-outs, fully aligned with global transfer pricing norms. The ultimate objective is to enable transparent, compliant, and efficient financial flows that support strategic decision-making and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
The role holder has the following key accountabilities:
Establish and enforce FCCR & intercompany governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with tax, audit, and legal requirements.
Optimize cost allocation models and intercompany structures, maximizing cost recovery and financial efficiency.
Lead financial risk assessments, proactively identifying and mitigating audit challenges and compliance gaps.
Support country finance teams in managing audit complexities, intercompany reconciliations, and regulatory reporting.
Enhance process efficiency and automation, leveraging finance technologies (SAP, Blackline, TITO, Apptio) for governance improvements.
Provide financial insights and risk analysis to senior leadership, shaping strategic finance decisions.
Act as a key advisor to tax, and compliance teams, ensuring seamless alignment on process and policies.
Partner with service lines and country controllers to resolve intercompany disputes and ensure financial transparency.
Oversee master data governance for GDT/GBS, ensuring efficient creation, maintenance, and compliance of ICC/CC structures while driving process standardization and data integrity.
Develop and mentor a high-performing finance team, embedding a culture of accountability, risk management, and continuous improvement.

Business Stakeholders: NFDs, Country Finance Teams, Service Line Leaders
Technology Teams: Apptio, Blackline, TITO, Master Data Governance
External Partners: Auditors, Legal & Tax Authorities
Key Requirements:
Education & Experience:
CA / CPA / CIMA or equivalent qualification preferred.
11+ years of experience in financial governance, intercompany transactions, and cost recovery strategies.
Strong expertise in audit management, compliance, and financial controls.
Hands-on experience in SAP, finance automation, and process transformation.
