WHATWILLYOURMAINRESPONSIBILITIESBE

Key tasks to focus on include:

• Allergen verification. Check of allergen pre-requisite on all the lines, collecting and analizying finished goods, mixes and sauces, and rinse water. In case of anomaly the resoucer should support the responsible of microbiology to implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Cleaning and disinfection verification. Check of all P&ID created by quality during Cleaning&Disinfection validation, check on the shoopflor of all the cleaning parameter already validated during C&D exercise. In case of anomaly the resource should support the responsible of microbiology to implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Support the microbiological team to perform the environmental check on listeria and enterobacteria and review risk assessment o Lysteria and EB.
