JOB PURPOSE:
The Associate Manager Logistics Programs will collaborate with various supply chain functions to drive synergies in governance, reporting, and execution of cost savings, sustainability, and CAPEX initiatives. This role will engage with both internal and external partners. The candidate will lead the harmonization and digitalization of cost improvement programs, enhancing visibility and structured governance to meet Cost per Ton (CpT) targets. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to generate new opportunities, monitor project progress, and manage risks. Additionally, the role involves partnering with the NA Supply Chain, Global Logistics, 3PL/Carrier, and IT Service Providers to implement sustainability projects focusing on performance improvements using technology and continuous improvement techniques.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead Capex requirements and agenda for Ice Cream North America.
- Monitors and coordinates activities that maximize financial delivery across the North America supply chain, with a strong focus on efficiency savings program
- Functional ownership of driving, measuring, and reporting cost savings; regularly providing updates and tracking progress with the teams
- Be the bridge between Logistics, Finance, Procurement, and Factory teams to govern activity systems and provide transparency to NA Leadership & Global Logistics controlling teams
- Lead savings reporting systems updates with accuracy & timeliness, to provide Global Logistics and NA Supply Chain Leadership with latest view embracing digitization and automation technologies
- Coordinate meetings and ideation sessions to update and call out risks/opportunities to continuously build the funnel for current and future years
- Translate global strategy and sustainability commitments into NA implementation roadmaps, managing the cross-functional and leadership-driven process
- Lead, track, and monitor progress of NA decarbonization road map to hit Global set targets by “40% reduction” by 2030 & “Net Zero Emissions” by 2039.
- Support benchmarking exercise in Sustainability integrated with VIP program (cost savings) initiatives to keep in balance Cost, Carbon and Service.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:
The ideal candidate must be a thought leader with a demonstrated ability to lead strategic programs and change management.
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree – preferably in an engineering, analytical, financial or Supply Chain related discipline
- MBA or Masters preferred
- A minimum of 5 years of related experience focused on project and program management
- High competency in analytics and the ability to interpret and communicate complex data sets
- A strong aptitude for motivating and influencing teams at all levels without direct reporting authority
- Proficiency in MS Office with strength in MS Excel and Power Point
- Experience with Power BI & Savings reporting systems and overall passion for digitization
- Comfortable with working in and understanding P&L and other supply chain financial metrics
- Comfort in developing and presenting a variety of user-centric informational PowerPoint decks with an easy-to-understand presentation style
- Strong skillset with stakeholder management

As publicly announced, Unilever will separate its Ice Cream business which is expected by the end of 2025. This role will transfer to the new Ice Cream company.

Pay: The pay range for this position is $86,080 to $129,120. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.
Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.
Long-Term Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI eligible.
