As Associate Director, you will bethe general managerfor selectkey technology initiatives inNA. You willlead theprogram management,prioritization, deployment,change management,and adoption oftransformativedigital products and technologies across theNAregion. Youwillensure businessgoals are metthroughdigital solutions that accelerate Unilever’s growth.Collaborating with Global Productand otherteams,you will ensure technologydeploymentsare tailored to the market and deliver value across all Business Units—includingFoods, Personal Care(PC), Beauty & Wellness, and Home Care.You may also haveselectPC-only projects.
Main Areas of Responsibilities
Drive business outcomes through transformativetechnology initiatives. Manageselectcritical product/technology initiatives for North America, with accountability for success. Leads the planning, execution, and management ofrelateddigital, data, and AI product deployment.
Advocate for user-centric design, continuous improvement, and successful change management to maximize business value and ensure digital product adoption
Drive forward the technology (digital product) needs for North America byaligning tobusinessgoals and daily operations. Oversee North America technology requirements gathering and validation
Bring teams and stakeholders together to prioritize, build, deploy, and measure benefits from critical technology. Define scope, goals, and timelines with stakeholders.
Partner with senior stakeholders to gather inputsand communicate progress.
Represent North America technology needs in global product planning, ensuring local requirements and features are addressed. Collaborate with global product teams or third-party vendors on product builds.
Manage technology vendor relationships if needed

Preferred qualifications and skills
Experience in management consulting, product management, or technology strategy/deployment. 7+ years of related experience
2+ years of people management experience preferred
Digitalexpertise– experience with digital (e.g.Data, AI, systems) projects / products / programs. Experience with analytics/insight products
Experience working closely with senior stakeholders and executive level communications
Strong cross-functional stakeholder management skills
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
Excellent communication,collaborationand interpersonal skills. High emotional intelligence
Track recordof developing exceptional talent and teams
Experience in supply chain
Nice to have
Mastersdegree in business, computer science,mathor related field
Experience in FMCG, CPG, retail
Knowledge of agile
Pay: The pay range for this position is $146,200 to $219,400. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.
Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.
Long-Term Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI eligible.
