JOB PURPOSE:
Klondike is one of the biggest and most iconic Ice Cream Novelties brands in America. Ice Cream is a category with complete interdependency between supply chain, customer marketing, finance and marketing. As such, this role will flex across the traditional brand marketing roles to help drive the business forward.
The ideal candidate will drive the business with out-of-the-box ideas, strong leadership of the cross-functional team, and by challenging the status quo to get things done more efficiently. In this role, you’ll handle forecasts, agency relationships, and data analysis for the Klondike business. The person who will be successful in this position is motivated, engaged, and passionate about taking on lots of responsibility and being a partner in driving growth. Close and collaborative work across our Brand Innovation team and Performance/Operations team are a must. Only as a team will we accomplish what we need to in the face of some of the hardest competitive intensity in the category. This will be a very rewarding position - results are immediate and recognizable in-market. The team is fun and has a glass half full attitude. The same attitude needs to be present in the applicant.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Associate Brand Manager - Performance for Klondike responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Work with inter-agency and cross-functional teams to achieve brand objectives delivering brilliant brand building marketing plans (including media, PR, influencer, and shopper marketing initiatives)
- Manage the marketing budget, enabling the brand to get the most out of its resources and meeting financial targets
- Help to implement the Klondike digital agenda as we continue to up our expertise in the digital space
- Leverage analytical skills to lead the business forecasting process
- Work with Channel & Customer Strategy team to make price & promotion recommendations, as well as land new innovations and retailer-specific activations
- Assist in the development and execution of plans to deliver growth and profit targets including innovation go-to-market and driving the core
- Deep understanding of the competitive and customer environment including syndicated data and share analysis
- Support Sr. Brand Manager with development of brand strategy and long-range brand plans
- Lead, manage, and motivate cross-functional team to accomplish brand goals, objectives, and key initiatives
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor degree required, MBA a plus
- 3+ years’ experience in Brand Marketing, preferably CPG
- Strong analytical skills
- Clear demonstration of successful, consistent delivery to the business
- Clear demonstration of project management & leadership skills
- Experience/ability leading cross-functional teams, agencies and media partners
- Proven record of drive and initiative with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to operate in a dynamic environment, and to provide innovative approaches in a team-based structure

Pay: The pay range for this position is $86,080 to $129,120. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.
Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.
